There is a 3-night minimum length of stay. POLICY Check-in is at 3 pm and Check-out is at 11 AM.
Rates and occupancy
Rates are subject to change and based on single or double occupancy per room. If the number of guests exceeds the maximum
occupancy stated, please contact us.
Reservation Confirmation
A deposit of 50% of the regular daily rate is required to confirm a reservation. For Bed and Breakfast reservations the balance is due
upon arrival. As a vacation Rental the balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival unless special arrangements are made with the owner.
Payment
We accept Visa, Master card (through PayPal), US Dollars and Pesos. Rates are in US dollars
and include the 16% federal tax and the 2% state tax.
Cancellation:
A full refund, less a 25% service fee (minimum$10.00 US), may be obtained with a notice 30 day's prior to
reservation date. Within 30 days of reservation date any refund will depend on the re-rental of the house. There are no refunds for
Christmas and New Years bookings unless the house is re-booked.
Pets
Pet's are restricted to 20 pounds. Owners are asked to clean up after their pets on site and on walks.
All pets must be people and other pet friendly. There is a pet fee.
