If the number of guests exceeds the maximum occupancy stated, please book
more than one room, or contact us.
Reservation Confirmation
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due upon arrival
in US dollars or equivalent peso amount.
Payment
We accept Visa, Master card, American express, Discover and debt cards through pay
pal. The only method of credit card payment on site is on-line through your e-mail
account.
Rates are in US dollars and include the 15% federal tax and the 2% state tax.
Cancellation:
A full refund, less a 10% service fee (minimum$10.00 US), may be obtained with a notice
30 day's prior to reservation date. With in 30 days of reservation date any refund will
depend on the resale of the room.
Pets
Pet's are restricted to 30 pounds. Owners are asked to clean up after their pets on
site and on walks. All pets must be people and other pet friendly. There is a $20.00
USD pet fee.
